How much do you remember from those sessions? Personally it becomes a blur to me after I complete those trainings. Too often, training is dull, forgettable, and ineffective. As an Instructional Designer, I’m on a mission to transform boring sessions into interactive, engaging experiences that capture attention and improve retention and performance. Whether it's eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), or microlearning, I design solutions that connect with learners and ensure knowledge sticks. My approach is: ✔ Learner-Centered – Applying adult learning principles and instructional strategies like scenario-based learning, gamification, and storytelling to create impactful training. ✔ Data-Driven – Analyzing feedback and performance metrics to improve learning experiences. ✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Camtasia, and LMS platforms, ensuring seamless digital learning experiences. ✔ Collaborative – Partnering with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals. I believe learning should be engaging, purposeful, and transformative—not just another task for employees to complete. Outside of instructional design, I’m a proud mom to both human and fur child. I design and develop engaging, accessible, and learner-centered training solutions, including Section 508-compliant Web-Based Training (WBT) in Storyline 360, using the ADDIE model, gamification, and microlearning to enhance retention.
