Acting in an HR Business Partner scope, supporting a large-scale operational workforce. Partnering with 60+ leaders across 1,600+ employees and driving people decisions through data. • Partners with business leaders to translate operational needs into HR strategies across workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness, • Acts as a key advisor to business leaders, influencing people strategy decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • Owns and drives end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, calibration, and performance reviews, ensuring consistency and fairness across teams, • Analyzes workforce data (attrition, attendance, engagement) across 1,600+ employees, generating insights that inform retention and workforce planning strategies, • Leads complex employee relations cases and investigations, ensuring fair, compliant, and consistent decision-making across teams, • Manages exit processes and analyzes exit interview data to identify root causes and support targeted retention actions, • Designs and delivers onboarding and training programs for 2,000+ employees, improving ramp-up and consistency in high-volume environments, • Maintains HR reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to support data-driven decision making across business units, • Identifies key attrition drivers through data analysis and supports targeted retention actions across operational teams.
