During my internship at İltekno, I actively contributed to the maintenance and repair processes of MWM gas engines, with a strong focus on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and solution development. I gained hands-on experience with ERP Logo systems for sales order tracking and coordination, while also supporting real-time engine monitoring through SCADA, TPEM, and TEM systems. I assisted in system optimization projects that improved operational efficiency, fuel adaptation, and emission reduction. Additionally, I worked on CRM-based documentation, ensuring accurate records and effective customer communication. This experience gave me deep insights into energy systems, cogeneration/trigeneration plants, and remote monitoring technologies.
As a member of the Ad Astra Rover Team, I contributed to the design and development of a Mars Rover prototype for Teknofest’23 Robotics Competition. My responsibilities included mechanical design using SolidWorks and Fusion 360, as well as organizational tasks such as event planning and social media management. This experience helped me strengthen both my technical design skills and teamwork/leadership abilities in a competitive environment.
At Girsan, I gained extensive exposure to different stages of firearms manufacturing. I observed CNC machining, broaching, heat treatment, PVD coating, and quality control processes. I worked with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and profile projectors, learning how to integrate theoretical engineering knowledge into practical production workflows. This internship enhanced my understanding of machining tolerances, surface treatments, and quality assurance in manufacturing.
I actively contributed to the implementation of international youth leadership and cultural exchange projects during my 6-month involvement with AIESEC Istanbul. My role focused on project coordination, intercultural communication, and supporting participants throughout their exchange journey. This experience strengthened my leadership, adaptability, and global perspective.
