▪ Customer management, ▪ Employee management, ▪ Job offer and employment process, ▪ Planning company events, ▪ Conducting salary/performance negotiations, ▪ To ensure and increase the loyalty of the employees to the institution, ▪ Monitoring the employee performances and reporting them to the techincal line, ▪ Conducting exit interviews/offboarding and processes.
Recruitment for IT positions; ▪ Roles: Backend Developer roles (Java, .Net, PHP, iOS, Android, NodeJS, PL/SQL) Frontend Develoepr, Fullstack Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, DevOps Engineer, Product Manager, System and Network Engineer, Business Intelligence etc. ▪ Conducting competency-based interviews, ▪ Presenting a candidate report to the customer after competency-based interview, ▪ Accompanying the technical interviews and keeping in touch with the candidate throughout the process, ▪ Being in contact with the company and the candidate during the proposal process, ▪ Adapting the candidates who accept the offer to the corporate culture and organizing the orientation process.
Recruitment for IT positions; ▪ Roles: Backend Developer, FrontEnd Developer, DevOps Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, System and Network Engineer, Business Intelligence. ▪ Managing all the processes end-to-end leading up to the proposal after the customer candidate sharing, ▪ Starting the onboarding process with candidates after the offer.
