•Conduct in-depth analysis of key revenue metrics to inform strategic category marketing investments and achieve targeted revenue goals. •Determine the company's monthly traffic targets. •Oversee the monthly campaign and on-site communication plan for categories, focusing on page views, orders, customer count, conversion rates, ROAS, and revenue. •Track consumer trends, purchasing behaviors, and product trends to guide marketing strategy development. •Analyze annual category trends to establish yearly strategic plans and shape monthly and daily action plans. •Manage platform content, including carousel placements, banners, daily offers, and campaigns to meet category objectives. •Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities. •Monitor and assess marketing investments, optimizing decisions based on performance outcomes. •Collaborate closely with marketing, on-site strategy, CRM, growth, product, and creative teams to drive conversions and new customer acquisition. •Partner with brands to develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance referral traffic and improve marketing investment efficiency.
