SuccessFactors/HCM professional with experience since 2014. As a SuccessFactors Consultant, she has managed SuccessFactors LMS and SuccessFactors EC Modules of SuccessFactors from the Analysis Phase to the Go-Live Phase. Also, she has supported SuccessFactors PM&GM Modules and Successfactors RCM Modules by implementing Job Board integration by using CPI. She has experience in all phases of SAP Activate Methodology; including ‘’Prepare, Explore, Realize and Deploy’’. In addition, she completed 4 full cycle implementations of the SAP HCM Module by using the ASAP Implementation Methodology that consists of ‘’Business Process Analysis, Blueprints, Building Business Process Procedures, GAP analysis, Design, configuration, Unit Testing, Go-Live and Support.
