• Leads one of the largest last mile distribution volume, as part of one of the pioneer e-commerce platform in region managing both retail and marketplace end to end distribution process from planning to customer claims. • Arranges contracts, plans operation and tracks performance of each delivery partners • Balances relationships between merchants, customers and delivery partners • Supervises the team, leverages their competencies and knowledge • Created new models to create customer value (new customer return opportunities, faster pay back options etc.) • Collaborates with CX team to enhance customer experience • Designs new features with technology teams for more flexible and effiecient solutions • Faces customer and merchant delivery claims, aims to decrease claims and solution times • Cooperates with merchants to improve their operational capabilities • Developes warehousing solutions (automatization, WMS modules etc.) to decrease shipping times and increase efficiency
• Manage Algida direct distribution operation which includes six warehouses and daily micro distribution to key account customers • Responsible from 5 warehouse executives and 250 3P employees in high season • Ensure safety & quality standards • Create saving projects by analyzing process and using new automation technologies • Lead digital transition by WMS, TMS and dashboard tools • Collaborate with sales and planning teams to ensure service
Customer collaboration: Lead customer projects, ensure service level, track and analyse all customer service projects and take action to improve operational efficiency Team management: Manage the team and ensure workloads are balanced, support team with the projects which will develop necessary skills, support team members internal and external platforms Coordination: Coordinate other departments (demand planning, warehouse, transportation and sales) to ensure expected service level.
