1234S.org is founded to establish Logical Spirituality as one of the world's leading philosophical movements, embracing the principles of Interconnectedness, Justice and Health in Nature revealed through its teachings. Within the guidance of the realities in nature, we are fundamentally transforming politics that is the main source of every stress, disease and lack of opportunities. By combining mentorship and systematic thinking, I ensure the development of a multifaceted learning cycle aligned with the principles of Logical Spirituality. Spirit Guide is a new and mystical title that embodies the awareness of all living beings guiding one another through visible and invisible bonds. When every human becomes aware of their bonds with each other, this title won’t be needed anymore because it will be the definition of what we call human today.
I had the incredible opportunity to lead as a senior software engineer, where I focused on driving innovation within a dynamic car subscription e-commerce platform. I took part in User Acquisition team, taking on a dual role of technical leadership and hands-on development. A significant part of my experience involved leading the entire software development lifecycle, from mentoring new team members to managing stakeholder relationships and defining our technical roadmap. I gained extensive experience with a full-stack environment, mostly using Python and React to build robust microservices and dynamic web applications. My work was pivotal in improving the B2C Checkout flow, which included critical updates to payments, subscriptions, and the overall customer journey. I was also deeply involved in DevOps, leveraging AWS and Serverless to set up and optimize our cloud infrastructure while managing our sprint backlogs and incidents within an Agile framework.
I was a Team Lead at 3megawatt, a SaaS company specializing in solar asset management, which was later acquired by Power Factors. My responsibilities were a mix of technical development and team leadership. On the technical side, I was involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and developing to testing and monitoring backend services and APIs using a stack that included Python, Django, and PostgreSQL. In my leadership role, I focused on building and nurturing the team by hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new engineers. I also managed sprint planning and contributed to broader company initiatives like employee policies and SOC Audits, ensuring our team's success and alignment with business goals.
Volt Türkiye was a mobile ride-sharing application that later evolved into Volt Lines (a smart corporate transportation service). My primary responsibility was the development and maintenance of backend services using Python and the Django framework. I also gained experience with a diverse tech stack that included Google Cloud, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ, as well as continuous integration using Jenkins.
At MovieLaLa, a social network for movie fans that was later acquired by Gfycat, I developed backend services using the Ruby on Rails framework. I also contributed to the mobile app's development in Swift. Beyond my coding responsibilities, I was involved in our community engagement events and helped with our Meetup gatherings.
