•As HRBP, work closely with senior leadership team and act as key business partner by communicating Human Resources strategies, providing human resources expertise and supporting and coaching 500 employees in 4 functions • Build strong relationships with leaders to analyse and define present & future organizational capabilities • Drive processes such as performance & talent development and facilitate and coach managers on performance management • Hold HR consultant role within the related functions - dealing with all HR metrics including recruitment, budgeting, training, career management, performance management, compensation & benefits • Execute with the team HR operational activities in an effective manner • Reviewing the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives thus enhancing overall business performance. • Ensures effective operating model and controls are in place; Own CoC and Speak-Up processes; partners with internal audit & functions if necessary; implements and maintains audit requirements within areas of responsibility
Compensation & Benefits • Design and administer organization’s compensations and benefit programs which include job evaluation with Willis Towers Watson methodology ; salary administration and salary packaging • Participate to salary surveys, collect internal data, and conduct other analyses to provide input for managerial and strategic decisions • Prepare periodical reports to provide input to strategic managerial decisions such as compensation and salary progression reports, employee turnover and job history reports • Work closely with Global HR & provide the alignment with Diageo global in terms of reporting requirements Payroll & Budgeting • Analyze external market and economic data as well as internal data about the organization’s current headcount and future human resources needs in order to prepare salary budgets and forecasts and manage organizational effectiveness programs • Ensure that the employee’s records are in compliance with legal requirements Recruitment • Finalized 2 mass recruitment projects for Sales Representatives and filled in various vacant positions in other departments • Participate to job interviews for some managerial positions and prepare job offers with the agreed job specifications Talent Management • Ensure the flawless execution of the e-performance management system and take an active role in local Talent Management Project • Ensure the talent participation to global talent development programs HRIS • Implement processes like Diageo Value Survey system and improve HRIS
