Provisioning/Service Engineer DUTIES: • At the back office of the Airtel Data Center to support Network and SIM card related complaints using ticketing systems. • IREG Testing • Handling high level customer care complaints. • Provide technical support to Airtel customer care. • Provisioning of new subscriber numbers and swapping of lost or damaged SIM cards using EMA (Ericsson Multi Activation) software. • Provisioning data capabilities and other VAS(Value Added Services) on Sim cards. • Manage customer complaints on the network according to main SLA requirements using ticketing systems. • Monitor and analyze customer complaints trends and take necessary steps for long term and short terms resolutions.
