My career began as an IT professional in the Oil & Gas Exploration sector. I spent as much time trying to understand the key processes of O&G exploration project cycles as I did learning traditional IT skills. This focus on how the industry goes about its business, what data it consumes and generates, and the particular stresses it places on IT infrastructure produced a unique knowledge matrix which I leveraged to create a high performance/high efficiency technology environment for my geoscience and operations teams. In 2016, I began pursuing my growing interests in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social engagement. As a co-founder of BOLD Precious Metals, an online dealer of gold and silver bullion and fine coins, I had key involvement in the development of a successful brand from ground zero. I gained detailed experience in the full spectrum of building an online e-commerce company from driving traffic growth through customer analytics, SEO strategies, online and social marketing to generating rapid sales growth through customer engagement and retention. In 2022, I began writing the next chapter in my career as I took on the position of Head of Business Development for LPM Group Ltd, one of the largest and most trusted precious metals companies in the world. Headquartered in Hong Kong, LPM is an authorized distributor for many mints and refiners around the world. I will be expanding LPM's wholesale network of dealers and retailers outside of Asia, providing consistent access to a diverse supply of bullion and collectibles at highly competitive pricing. In each stage of my career, I have found ways to leverage my foundation in systems and technology to improve the efficiency and productivity of myself, my team and my organization.
