Free Flow is a private practice focused on Somatic Entrainment, a body-based approach that supports the nervous system’s ability to release accumulated stress and restore natural regulation. Stress can be stored in the body through physical events, emotional experiences, or chemical stressors. To Fly Freely supports aspiring entrepreneurs in transforming ideas, passions, or life experience into purpose-driven online businesses. Many professionals feel the desire to create something meaningful beyond the traditional career path but lack clarity on what to offer or how to structure a digital business. To Fly Freely provides a self-paced online course designed to guide individuals step-by-step through the process of building an online business. The program can be completed on one's own schedule, allowing participants to begin exploring entrepreneurship alongside their current career or professional commitments. One unique aspect of the program is that participants do not need to start with a product of their own. The course includes a license that allows students, if they choose, to offer the program itself as their first digital product while learning how to build their own brand and business ecosystem. Enhanced, developed, implemented and delivered business process designs and solutions to address business challenges around growth, transformation and optimization. Sr. IT Project Manager • Performed as Sr. Project Manager for Hyperdrive Project (COVID-19 vaccines distribution) for McKesson Technology, resulting in successful on-time project completion. Provided USA with shipping of the vaccines immediately after the FDA approval. • Managed the Incentive Compensation Automation Project - Optimized previous planning, led and motivated project team, managed risks, controlled budget, facilitated: requirements gathering, UAT (Unit Acceptance Tests), reports, conversions, change management and go-live cutover activities. • Performed as a Project Manager for CSMP (Control Substances Monitoring Program) solution to comply with DEA regulations. Project completed successfully, on time with savings of 30% below budget.
• Worked as Sr. Scrum Master for PSaS Distribution Solutions and Scrum Master for all ECC SAP initiatives for McKesson Specialty Health. • Served in other Agile roles: Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Product Owner (PO). • Facilitated team progress towards goals, applying Agile methodology.
• Worked as a Sr. Business Analyst for 3rd Party Logistics Billbacks Project. Project implemented successfully for new 3PL business models, provided various services on behalf of a manufacturer, opened a new market niche for McKesson and increased profit substantially for the organization. • Conducted Procurement/Inventory/Warehouse Management/Sales and Distribution process improvements, gaps reduction, production support and project work for McKesson Specialty Solutions, resulted in a faster and more reliable system providing customers with increased efficiency and productivity on their daily activities. • Designed, enhanced and optimized business processes in several projects’ implementation for unique key McK customers: CDC, Bayer, Medicis, Plasma & Biologics, Oncology, Chromosome, Curascript, McK Specialty Pharmacy and McK Pharma.
