Carry out marketing and selling activities while monitoring and supervising team of sales engineers to promote sales of company's range of services within the Malaysia region. Guide and develop the sales team aligning with the company's direction. Handle all reporting (sales activities, costing, pipeline management, ect) to GM and to prepare annual budget meetings.
Taking the lead role in marketing TGM's products/services to the Power Generation and Oil & Gas market along with managing distribution partners' activity within the Malaysia region. In charge for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, contract negotiations and job execution. Met quarterly and annual budget as of year 2014. Establishing annual sales and marketing plans, reports and budget for each respective month. Supervise and monitor progress and activity of other sales engineers to make sure budget is achieved yearly. Facilitate strategic partners' resources to assist in the sales process.
