Non-Executive Director and investment professional with ~20 years’ experience spanning sustainability consulting, responsible investment, climate governance. I work with boards, investment committees, and financial institutions to strengthen governance climate, improve strategic decision-making and create long-term sustainable value in an increasingly complex regulatory and investment environment. I specialise in building governance frameworks that connect strategy, enterprise risk, capital allocation, stewardship, and disclosure. My work focuses on strengthening governance maturity, organisational capability, and oversight effectiveness using evidence-based methods that are transparent, defensible, and assurance-capable. I design responsible investment and climate governance that makes accountability real—by aligning climate assumptions with financial and strategic outcomes, embedding stewardship and escalation frameworks, and improving controls and documentation to reduce implementation and remediation risk. Across global data, asset management, and insurance organisations, I have led and supported enterprise-wide ESG and climate integration across strategy, risk, investment, and disclosure, including ISSB/ASRS implementation readiness. I bring a cross-functional, systems-based perspective that aligns investment, legal, compliance, risk, and executive teams around clear governance, effective decision-making and measurable outcomes. My approach combines commercial judgement with evidence-based governance to help organisations strengthen board oversight, navigate structural investment trends and improve resilience while maintaining the confidence of clients, regulators and other stakeholders.
