HR responsibility for Sales and Supply Chain Organization in Switzerland. Support the Business in organizational development, talent development & performance management. Supported due diligence process for joint venture “Froneri” between Nestlé and R&R Ice Cream.
Lead vocational training program (32 apprentices and interns) and drive talent development & branding initiatives across different sites and divisions in Europe. Lead implementation of corporate programs in the Business Units.
