Identify, evaluate and develop potential domestic and international suppliers • Requesting, evaluating and recording quotations and assisting in the selection of the relevant supplier source • Participation in the preparation, conclusion and follow-up of supplier contracts • Maintaining a database of articles and suppliers for the material group in the company system • Monitoring changes in material prices • Managing changes in materials, participating in the selection and introduction of substitute products, coordinating the procurement of samples • Continuous market analysis, active monitoring of market changes • Active involvement in the operation of the foreign sourcing network, development of the materials group strategy • General liaison with suppliers, facilitating supplier visits, organising and conducting audits • Optimising suppliers' performance, developing strategies in this respect • Calculating potential product charges, registering EPR charges for materials
1. Purchasing tasks: a. Researching and examining market trends and innovations, assessing the financial, quality and supply implications of their application; requesting samples; recording subsequent experience, and, after a sufficient amount of practical experience has been gained, preparing statistics and feedback b. Creating/uploading/integrating articles into the Enterprise System (Microsoft Dynamics AX), setting up supplier orders c. Inventory management; monitoring of incoming parts stock until the start of production d. Creation, management and modification of purchase orders according to the needs of production planning e. Direct and indirect communication with suppliers, both for current supply activities and for new business opportunities; answering calls from abroad, organising video and face-to-face conferences, interpreting f. Translating, processing, preparing and forwarding official documents, minutes and letters to relevant colleagues g. Drawing up, agreeing, negotiating and correcting prices; placing supplier orders in the event of shortages h. arranging the transport of imported goods, collecting, finalising and forwarding the necessary information i. Where necessary, registering shipments in the EKÁER system + cancellation j. Customs clearance if required 2. Production tasks: a. Drawing up an annual production plan in accordance with customer order requirements, determining optimum production capacity on the basis of an evaluation of internal information b. Preparation of confirmations, taking into account the possibilities, realisation of the most realistic completion dates possible c. Linking sales-production-purchasing references in a company system d. Break down production plan into weekly/daily schedules e. Close liaison with the sales team 3.
