I lead and scale high-performing operational systems for AI robotics, supported by a background that spans product design, e-commerce, and multi-unit property operations. My work centers on designing and scaling the human data pipelines that train embodied intelligence. Before Sunday, I founded and operated boutique product and e-commerce ventures and built a multi-unit furnished rental portfolio, leading everything from design and brand development to customer experience and operational execution. Today, I serve as Director of Human Data Collection at Sunday Robotics, overseeing the end-to-end contributor ecosystem that powers our robotics models. I manage workforce growth, quality operations, contributor systems, and the workflows that turn human demonstrations into learnable data at scale. Across every role, the through-line stays the same: I build systems that work : human-centered, operationally sound, and creatively designed.
I lead Sunday’s end-to-end human data collection pipeline: recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a multi-layer contributor workforce while maximizing engagement, driving data quality, and creatively designing the high-value human demonstrations that train our robotics models. Key contributions: • Scaled the contributor workforce from approximately 50 to more than 800 active human data contributors by establishing a multi-layer leadership structure and clear operational roles. • Designed and managed the complete recruiting, trial, onboarding, and advancement pipeline, including contributor evaluations and leadership development for senior contributors. • Built recurring operational frameworks that support data throughput, quality control, contributor alignment, and weekly performance tracking. • Led key Growth Operations initiatives focused on contributor engagement, retention, workflow efficiency, and scalable system design. • Built and managed a multi-layer leadership structure by training and developing contributor leads and operational managers, enabling scalable oversight across hundreds of human data contributors. This role sits at the intersection of operations, human behavioral data, and robotics training, ensuring that Sunday’s robots learn from diverse, high-quality human demonstrations at scale.
I co-own and operate a multi-unit residential rental portfolio specializing in medium to long-term furnished stays. I lead all operational, interior design, tenant-facing, and workflow systems across the portfolio. Key work: • Manage all leasing operations, tenant communication, scheduling, and customer support for medium- and long-term stays. • Coordinate cleaning, vendor relationships, maintenance workflows, and unit readiness across multiple properties. • Design and execute all interiors, furnishings, and spatial layouts to meet functional and aesthetic requirements for extended-stay tenants. • Oversee renovation planning, unit upgrades, materials selection, and design improvements. • Build and maintain operational systems for inquiries, tenant onboarding, calendars, pricing strategy, and occupancy planning. • Serve as co-owner managing financials, budgets, procurement, and long-range operational strategy. This role blends operations leadership, customer experience design, and hands-on property management across a boutique multi-unit rental portfolio.
I founded ZZ•DIVISION as a boutique brand to invent and develop a modular harness-bags and accessories protected by two utility patents. I led the full end-to-end process from concept and prototyping to branding and production. Key work: • Invented a modular harness-bag system protected by two utility patents. • Designed and prototyped functional iterations through industrial design methods, pattern making, and materials exploration. • Led all branding and visual work, including photography, content creation, and product storytelling. • Managed sourcing, fabrication, and vendor coordination. • Operated as a solo founder directing product design, brand development, and early go-to-market execution. This venture combined hands-on product invention with boutique brand building and full-scope creative direction.
I founded and operated Mid-Century Monger, a boutique brand specializing in curated mid-century modern furniture reproductions. The brand became known for its unique, elevated customer experience built around quality sourcing, consistent materials, and personalized service. Key work: • Sourced and curated high-quality mid-century modern furniture reproductions. • Managed end-to-end operations including vendor relationships, importing, inventory management, and customer fulfillment. • Built a boutique brand known for quality standards, consistency, and presentation. • Directed product photography, listings, and visual identity for online sales. • Handled logistics, delivery coordination, and customer service across multiple channels. • Operated as a solo founder overseeing sourcing, operations, branding, and sales. This venture blended boutique brand building with hands-on operational execution and high standards for product quality.
I founded and operated Monger Original, a boutique e-commerce brand launched during the early pandemic period. I designed and produced high-quality masks, built the brand identity, and managed all creative, operational, and customer-facing aspects of the business. Key work: • Designed and produced high-quality masks, developing custom patterns and materials. • Created all branding, photography, product listings, packaging design, and content. • Scaled the business from zero to six-figure revenue in six months during peak demand. • Managed customer communication, customer service, reviews, and retention. • Oversaw fulfillment, quality control, shipping logistics, and supply workflows. • Featured in a Forbes article highlighting top-performing mask brands on Etsy. This venture blended rapid product design, branding, and end-to-end e-commerce operations under intense demand conditions.
