I’m a Product Designer at Meta focused on shaping scalable, high-craft product experiences. I work at the intersection of product systems and visual language — creating patterns that scale without losing clarity, usability, or brand expression. My background spans product design, design systems, visual design, and art direction, which helps me turn ambiguous product spaces into clear frameworks, interaction models, prototypes, and polished user experiences. UX/UI designer collaborating with our global offices to expand the value of our current products by working to build intuitive, user-first experiences that continue to mimic the premium quality of Samsung hardware and elevate the current Samsung ecosystem. Large focus on creating collaborative processes for our designers to promote efficiency and remove the guesswork out of the day to day. This involves working within the constraints of several iterations of multiple design systems and working to centralize them in a way that works within various country restrictions and an inability to utilize most cloud based solutions.
Lead Designer for Prism, Disney’s multi-brand, cross platform design system. Focus on building components from the most primitive level to the most flexible across our suite of products and experiences. Focus on accessibility in typography, color and motion to create a universal visual language that puts up guardrails on design to make sure it is as accessible to as many users as possible while also creating solutions that allows designers to modify in ways that are brand appropriate and/or create moments of delight. Prior to assuming my lead design system role, my contribution as a User Interface/Visual Designer entailed being responsible for the experience and interface design of the products and projects that fall under the umbrella of the Direct to Consumer International segment of business (DisneyNOW, ABC, National Geographic, Marvel, ESPN and more). This included working with developers on the implementation of design based on the multitude of platforms, spanning from 10ft experience to mobile apps and all of the in between.
UI & UX for current gen and next gen products and services, primarily focusing on 10ft design. Responsibilities include providing design solutions based on business requirements, collaborating with product to ensure all needs are being met both by the user and the business. Work to create user stories and prioritize features with product team as well as design team leads. Propose design system updates when necessary, always taking into consideration what is currently available and what may need to be a bit more flexible to account for the multitude of use cases and accessibility. Work with our motion and prototyping team to come up with micro interactions that elevate the core interaction design solutions and apply this to prototypes for user testing. Once the design, iterate, proto, test cycle is in the engineering/execute stage, work with dev teams to ensure details are properly being communicated as well as qa'd.
