Assists Water Administration Division Manager with discipline cases, grievance hearings, labor relations/management issues within the department and supervision of clerical, maintenance and accounting staff Conducts investigations in potential discipline cases
Research legal information through various sources including Internet, Westlaw, etc. Prepare subpoenas, legal pleadings, pretrial materials and discovery documents. Work closely as a team member, with attorneys to complete their work. Work closely with director and managers on budget issues to efficiently meet the needs of the department.
