Since starting work for Caterpillar in 2010, I was promoted 4 times, and I managed a department of ~100 to 200 employees (this number fluctuates based on our daily build rate). I began as a fabricator, and since that time, I have been a supervisor over fabrication, liquid and powder paint, and logistics processes. Additionally, I was sent to Mexico twice to act as an advisor to a facility that was struggling to achieve their production rates. I was the hiring manager for the fabrication department during a ramp up in production in 2017. This required me to review resumes, conduct interviews, and make job offers to potentials candidates while completing the day-to-day tasks required to keep the operation running. Also, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and achieved a Master's in Operations Management during this time. I am well versed in managing an operation based on the multiple disciplines that are listed above.
Please note that Danfoss Power Solutions purchased the hydraulics division of Eaton in August 2021. The details of my role have not changed and can be reviewed below via my description of duties as a Manufacturing Manager for Eaton Hydraulics.

As group manager of logistics operations at the Caterpillar North Little Rock facility, I supervised 5 section managers and ~150 production employees of a 600 employee facility. I am a highly skilled operations leader with 10+ years’ experience in the machine industry. Trusted business partner responsible for critical facility projects in challenging ramp-up environments. Able to effectively lead in competitive, high pressure environment. Skilled at leader development in operations processes, problem solving, lean manufacturing, and team communication.

During my 7 years as a section manager at the Caterpillar North Little Rock facility, I supervised fabrication operation resulting in the production of motor grader frames and components (heavy fabrications). Additionally, I supervised the paint department at the North Little Rock facility for 2 years. This included supervision of liquid and powder paint processes.
