The role is challenging due to the high pace nature of her story, as well as having to effectively manage a large employee base. However, in this role, I excel at being able to deliver key consistency, and ensuring that all store goals are met, and the business runs effectively and that our customer engagement is extremely high on our store remains profitable. No days the same and I always strive to figure out new ways to better help our employees achieve better results at work through setting up career development plans, engaging in brand new training programs for new products, policy changes, additional software training and also arranging monthly health and safety procedure briefings.
