- Led and implemented a backup solution for Okta using Backupta. - Led evaluation for a modern Windows VM solution to support 100% Device Trust for Coalition employees / Contractors. Assisted in rollout for Windows using seamless Okta authentication, while keeping Device Trust as mandatory. - Led and implemented Duo Device Trust for ChromeOS helping Coalition achieve 100% Device Trust for all our users, including contractors. - Led and implemented Cisco Identity Intelligence (Oort) to find and alert on critical vulnerabilities in our SaaS infrastructure. - Migrated over 40+ applications to Okta in 2024 alone so far. Including Looker, Stripe, Plaid, Intelligencebank, etc. - Led and implemented Notion migration to Confluence. - Led and implemented returning employee automation using Okta Workflows making the user experience for returning employees zero touch. - Led and implemented a SFTP solution for user provisioning for apps that don’t support JIT / SCIM. Used in apps like Coupa, Motivosity, Egencia, Docebo. - Helped migrate Coalition domains to Sendmarc to achieve a healthy DMARC and improve email deliverability.
- Led and implemented Workday as a profile source for Okta making onboarding / offboarding completely zero touch, including Real Time Sync functionality so IT is completely hands off. - Helped implement Okta OIG (IGA) automating access requests. - Deployed over 150 Okta applications in my first two years at Coalition. - Migrated over 600 1Password users to Okta SSO with no down time. - Implemented security automation using Expel / Okta Workflows to help with incident investigation. - Led and deployed Duo Secure Enclave to strengthen our Device Trust security.
- Onboarded over 30 SaaS applications into Okta in my first 6 months at Coalition. Including Slack, Office365, Zoom, GitHub, GitLab, Snowflake, and Zendesk. - Matured our Okta instance with Adaptive MFA policies / modifying existing legacy policies to be more secure. - Setup role based access for almost all SaaS apps supporting SCIM / JIT. - Setup onboarding automation so employees get access to core applications on day one. - Onboarded Duo Security in Okta and automated the user provisioning / deprovisioning with Okta Workflows. - Helped setup Duo Security policies securing Coalition with Device Trust + Advanced MFA. - Setup alerts for everything in Okta to Jira / Slack via Okta Workflows improving our security. - Escalation point for Help Desk assisting in any IT Support needs.
- Helped design the architecture for moving our existing Okta applications to Amex Okta. - Lead IT onboarding sessions for existing Kabbage employees / new employees to ease the IT transition into Amex. - Assisted in moving existing Kabbage network to Amex. - Onboarded new instance of Salesforce with Okta and RBAC. - Onboarded Five9 with almost no downtime to our customers via Okta with Salesforce integration. - Continued consulting and helped move over Kabbage technology stack to a Legacy company created to service loans. (Okta, Active Directory, Salesforce, Five9, Slack)
