👋🏽 Hi, I’m Dylan Patel — an MSc Organisational Psychology graduate. 🏥 Currently, I am supporting the Health and Wellbeing service and Organisational Development service at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire. Prior to this, I was the acting project manager and business psychologist for the Staff Psychological and Welfare Service at UCLH, where I lead several service evaluation and development projects. 🧠 My interests revolve around workplace wellbeing, employee mental health, team dynamics, and psychoanalysis. I’m especially curious about how unseen dynamics shape organisational life. 🎓 I plan to pursue a PhD in Organisational Psychology, with a long-term aim to become a change consultant—particularly within healthcare and the public sector. 📚 Outside of work, you’ll find me running or reading about personality, stress, or workplace culture. 💪🏽 Key strengths: Project Management | Strategic Planning | Research & Evaluation | Leadership | Change Facilitation | Team Development
