Provide over-the-phone and in-house tech support for all UW-Madison Housing residents and employees; Resolve problems remotely, via remote assistance and in-person. Work on cases from the onset and see through to resolution independently or communicate between other employees between shifts or with full-time staff. Over 400 cases (and counting) resolved, personally, during my tenure; plus numerous other tasks and projects not specifically documented in our ticketing system.
