I serve as a named support engineer for multiple global companies utilizing the Marketo Engage platform. Co-Lead a team of technical support engineers to assist our customers with all troubleshooting requests and educational meetings. I onboard new named accounts and serve as a touchpoint for high level overviews of issues they're facing. Additionally I handle high priority and high intensity issues for my named accounts and guide my team on the best methods to assist the customer. As a member of multiple project teams I help shape our new hire onboarding training, internal rewards and recognition programs, overhaul our internal knowledgebase article infrastructure, pilot new support technologies and platforms, and created a project to expedite case resolution via initial information capture.
First level management of a team of 10+ lab attendants. Created schedules, monitored attendance, created video content for training, attended management meetings, led team meetings, created the format for a schedule of 40+ employees, provided support for video creation issues, helped shape the layout and technologies of computer lab space.
Oversaw use of computer labs and classrooms, maintained clean environment, provided assistance to students and faculty members. Was quickly promoted to the position of Coordinator.
Oversaw operations at ASPSU, managed the budget, coordinated office purchases and spending requests, took minutes at Senate and Executive meetings.
Created music for fictional band On3 V3in, featured in the game Tacoma. Filmed footage for the studio, edited video, provided additional support like temporary character vocals and motion data.
Provided technology assistance to professors and students in classroom environments, quickly solved tech issues to keep classes operational, provided phone based IT support, managed a pool of equipment utilized by students and faculty members.
