I am a Mechanical Engineering student at Clemson University (grad May 2026) with three back-to-back design engineering co-ops at Club Car, where I’ve worked on real vehicles, real deadlines, and real production launches. My experience spans mechanical design, integration, and validation, with a strong focus on improving products and processes while hitting cost, quality, and timing targets. With a strong work ethic and a love for collaboration, I pride myself in leadership roles and strive to work effectively with others in any circumstance.
- Led a team of co-ops in a component rework process completing 14k parts allowing for the start of production for two major projects - Led the mechanical integration/design and assisted in the production line implementation of an EMC-compliant onboard charger option allowing vehicle sales into the Canada/EMEA market. - Supported lead engineers in various new product development and product lifecycle management based engineering roles - Co-op project to iteratively design an aftermarket tow hitch receiver and preliminarily validate it through FEA - Co-op project to design a vehicle accent lighting LED system and its microcontroller. Responsible for the mechanical design and electrical integration and harnessing.
Gained valuable experience with prototyping process, Value Engineering/Value Analysis, Product Lifecycle Management Process, FEA, and Product Validation. Improved upon soft skills such as communication, collaboration, project timing and leadership. - Sustaining: utilizing product lifecycle management and developing solutions to current production difficulties. - Assisted in the development of new electric power assisted steering system in 4x2 models for 2025 AOP pitch - Co-op project to modify an existing vehicle platform to reach a new consumer based market. Goal was to provide a rolling-chassis prototype. Utilized FEA to preliminary validate mechanical design ideas & delivered a fully functioning vehicle prototype.
Worked with the consumer team on Onward car models. Brainstormed, introduced, and started implementation process for an acceleration retention difficulty. Supported project & sustaining engineers in various other roles. - Co-op project to expand upon an existing consumer based vehicle platform to reach the commercial ‘people-moving’ market. Developed a fully functioning prototype.
-Operated a part time business buying and selling shoes, clothes, technology, and other valuables while maximizing profits and efficiency. -Tracked orders and sales via Excel spreadsheet -Developed relationships to sell a product -$100,000+ in Total Sales
