Lead enterprise-wide sourcing and recruitment strategy for Physician and APP roles across a multi-hospital health system. Manage, audit and optimize all external job postings across national job boards, specialty career centers and niche platforms. Conducts high volume sourcing projects for university staff for Clinical Health, IT, Clerical, Finance and Executive positions. Helping to create sourcing strategies and action plans for talent sourcing team and TA recruiters. Utilize and teach CMS technology to TA team (Censia, LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder Handshake, Direct Employers and more) Assists in maintaining recruiting and hiring standards (OFCCP Compliance/EEO). Assists clients and recruiters on recruiting strategies. Monitors and maintains candidate status in ATS and external CRM.
