To maintain continuous safety, security, alertness and awareness to control the facility and residents in accordance with company policy and contracting agency requirements. This position has first level responsibility for maintaining resident accountability. Accurately record all activities, and report the number of residents who arrive or leave the facility in accordance with Company and contract requirements.Serve as a liaison between residents and case managers for effective communication. Accurately report all problems and/or violations of contract agency Prohibited Acts and Company policies and procedures.Conduct random/scheduled pat searches, alcohol tests (breathalyzer)/ urine specimens on residents in accordance with established contract requirements and company policy.
