Working with S3-S6 pupils in 12 High Schools in Tayside and Fife. I deliver an educational programme with the aim of raising aspirations and confidence to help pupils into Higher Education at college and university. Also, in this role, I coordinate student volunteer input in the programme, making sure they are fully trained and aiding in their own development.
I worked in the Letters Department, dealing with product complaints from our customers.
