As Director of Specialisations, I specialised in the valuation of freehold and leasehold self-storage facilities, service stations, child care centres and other education infrastructure throughout Australia and New Zealand. By leading the national team, valuation assignments were undertaken for market value for finance and financial reporting, development, feasibility, disposal due diligence, insurance, family law, rental assessments, and determinations.

Considerable exposure to various specialities and asset classes. This includes going concern work of child care centres, service stations, motels, boarding houses, caravan parks, MHE’s, self-storage facilities, vineyards and wineries. Experience in over 600 valuations across the commercial, industrial, residential and specialty sectors for a variety of purposes. These purposes include market value for finance and financial reporting, development, feasibility, disposal due diligence, insurance advice, family law, rental assessments and determinations. Some professional accomplishments within this role include writing market commentary for industrial, commercial, residential, self-storage and development sites segments. In addition mass data entry and database creation for specialised property benchmarks which includes graph creation. Additional duties include training of junior valuers, general quoting and quote success analysis.
