I am responsible for having started and now driving an agile train (SAFe). The mission of this train is to design Volvos future embedded SW/HW platform architecture. This includes finding, analyzing and integrating suitable technologies. I also manage a Vinnova co-funded project called ARISE where Volvo is cooperating with Halmstad University. This project will show case and quantify the business benefits that are associated with Big Data. In this case finding more precise solutions to be applied when choosing between vehicle recalls, redesigning or updates to usage guidelines. One of the best times of my life! Learned alot about myself, about leadership and to really stretch what I thought I was capable of. I also learned and experienced the importance of working together as a team. As a bonus, I also learned to ride and take care of horses. As part of our duties we were, during the summer, the Swedish Mounted Guard ("Beridna Högvakten" in Swedish). I am really proud of having been riding cortege in front of our king through the city of Stockholm :)
