- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. - Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels such as Facebook, Zalo and other platforms. - Enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing initiatives and participation in industry events. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients using the company’s recruitment services, ensuring their hiring needs are met with effective talent solutions. - Develop and expand partnerships with recruitment stakeholders to enhance candidate quality and availability. - Conduct and analyze recruitment reports, assess hiring performance, and suggest improvements. - Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency
- Assist in posting job advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, Chotot, and other recruitment channels. - Screen candidate resumes based on job criteria and position requirements. - Conduct initial interviews via phone or in person to assess candidate suitability. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the recruitment team
