Key Responsibilities: • Managing 3 warehouses namely Production, International spares and local spares • Countering stock creep and redundant stock • Supplier development processes • Control and manage ERP and MRP systems in accordance with the MPS • Handling and execution of all BOM changes • Streamlining and enhancing internal and external processes • Raising purchase requisitions • Raising production -/ works orders • Monitor shortages to comply with MPS expectations • Issuing of material on time to all internal customers • Management and control of all stock • Managing of material on international and local projects • Chair SIP/ short interval meetings to maintain visibility • Manage stock take of International - and Local Product Support warehouses • Assisting with updating of MPS as part of a cross-functional team • Manage daily shortage lists on all projects in order to highlight any line stoppages • Track and analyze performance through an implemented performance tracker
