I have much experience with Data Centers, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and all aspects General Construction and the design, estimating, bidding, and execution of such projects. Data Center Construction Management
Manage $50M+ capital projects for Tier 3 critical data centers. - Lead cross-functional teams including design, trades, contractors, and client stakeholders. - Oversee PMs, Assistant PMs, and Coordinators. - Develop and maintain critical path schedules, budgets, and compliance protocols.
- Directed regional construction strategy, audits, KPI tracking, and client satisfaction planning. - Led change management and integrated facilities, finance, and engineering. - Attracted and retained high-performing project teams.
Responsible to provide Retail, Administrative and Critical Facilities Project Management services on the Bank of America account for CBRE. These services include financial and construction oversight to existing banking centers which entails the installation of ATA’s (Automated Teller Assist), ATM Capacity Additions, Remote ATM installations, Financial Express Centers and ADA compliance upgrades. Also includes managing new installations as well as renovations and upgrades to the Banks Tier 4 Data Center. My responsibilities include oversight and management of sub-contractors, Architects and Engineers. Working and communicating with the Client both at the Financial Centers and at the Corporate Level. Communications consist of weekly status updates in the Project tracking system, bi-weekly verbal updates to the client and CBRE management. Creating and maintaining a detailed and accurate Critical Schedule using Microsoft Project, creating and managing the budget for each project and reviewing and approving construction invoices. I am also tasked with continually looking for ways to make cost saves and improve overall performance with each project but utilizing and reviewing lessons learned and sharing with the team as a whole
Responsible to provide consulting services and technical assistance in ensuring that major Facilities Capital Asset equipment related to Emergency Power (Generator and Critical Electrical Systems); Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System; Climate Control Automation System; Domestic Water System; Utility Systems; Sewer Lines in the Hospital are currently being maintained satisfactorily to comply with Building, Federal/State Codes; Fire/Life Safety Requirements; District of Columbia regulations building and healthcare facility regulations; Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMMS) compliance standards. I am also responsible to assist the Hospital as they undergo the Joint Commission (TJC) planning accreditation process.
As Director my responsibilities include oversight and management for construction and Critical Facilities programs. Also responsible to lead the construction department in executing a strategic plan, as it relates to construction, by establishing priorities and determining resource allocation for efficient and effective delivery of all construction projects.
