• Laisse with individuals assessing Business requirements and complete Business Requirement Specifications document for each new project (EDI interfacing, ERP Menu Programs, New Reporting Functions, Continuous Improvement Projects) • Analyse requirements to suite most proficient way of implementing requirements • Laisse with developers to ensure business requirements meet system security and operational specifications • Testing of developed software with branches and affected internal clients, compiling of training materials and one on one training where necessary • Reporting back to Applications manager on a weekly basis with project updates • Continued monitoring for a period of time once new software/report/project has been deployed • Identifying business processes that require improvement through interaction with the various business divisions
