I am a versatile physicist with a multidisciplinary background, currently working within the Advanced Research team at DNAScript. I am a proactive thinker with an analytical approach to problem solving, experienced with data processing, experimental work and modelling. With a core expertise in biophysics, optics and MEMS, I have worked on several research projects spanning from biosensing to machine development.
Working in the Advanced Research division on the development of highly multiplex DNA microarrays by enzymatic DNA synthesis and inkjet printing.
Developing a cheap, scalable semiconductor nanowire platform for improved detection in fluorescence-based assays.
Investigating the application of semiconductor nanowires to improve LOD in immunoassays, funded by an Exploratory Pre-Seed Grant from LU Innovation, between the Physics and Immunotechnology departments.
Working on the PhD4Energy project within the 7th Framework Programme (FP7) of the European Union, focusing on the interaction between fluorescent molecules and III-V nanowires and their application in biosensing. http://www.phd4energy.lu.se/
Research visit as part of the PhD4Energy secondment program.
