Local involvement includes: Grind Modern Burger is a casual, full-service, high-end burgers/cocktails/brews restaurant concept. PostModern Brewers is the sister company to Grind, creating unique, modern twists on craft-brewed beverages, including Hard Root Beer and Hard Ginger Ale. Woodland Empire Alecraft is a craft brewery with an on-site tasting room. Various styles of beer are currently being distributed to nearly a hundred retailers/restaurants throughout the Northwest. Payette Brewing is a highly successful, rapidly expanding brewery distributing throughout the West.
