• Lead EMT/EHS team. • Coordinate scheduling of team. • Provide efficient and effective emergency care for onsite employees. • Established inventory system to maintain company equipment preservation. • Admin for fire extinguisher practices. • Admin for mobile equipment tracking program. • Lead onsite incidents investigations. • Write daily work permits for specific jobs onsite such as; Safe work, Hot work, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Lockout Tag-out and Energized electrical permits. • Work on site standards following OHSA 1910 and 1926, NFPA, ANTSI, EPA and ADEM. • Produce site procedures and protocols. • Work as an individual or with a team base. • Lead Coordinator for teaching mobile equipment classes for; Forklift, skid steer, scissor lift, aerial platform lift, extended boom lift and front end loader. • Lead Coordinator for teaching site safety classes for new hire, contractors and onsite visitors; Fall protection, LO/TO, confined space, fire watch and prevention, heat illness and awareness, bloodborne pathogen, ladder safety, haz-com, emergency action plan, PPE, respiratory awareness, permit to work, machine guarding and SPCC. • Perform safety audits and help with performing risk assessments and job safety/hazard analysis. • Responsible for helping drive home the Dow Corning Zero Harm behavioral based safety philosophy by reducing near misses and minor incidents by using the BOC (Balance of Consequence) auditing tool. • Conduct daily water and emissions readings. • Admin on badge creating and monitoring from C-Cures system. • Work with SAP creating and confirming work orders. • Coordinate and lead all site fit testing for Dust mask and respirator.
• Provide non-emergency patient transport for elderly and low-income patients. • Load and transport wheelchairs and stretchers using custom handicap van lift systems. • Tend to patients needs during transportation. • Interact with patients during transportation to create a professional and friendly environment. • Clean vans and office on a daily basis. • Serve as company marketing representative when needed. • Supervise other drivers on work shift to maintain proper patient pick up and drop off.
• Provide medical care to patients at events and employees under scope of practice. • Work as an individual EMT and with partners when needed. • Monitoring and reviewing security footage. • Responsible for securing building upon closing. • Handle irate guest quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to other guests.
