After many years of succesful service to C1S Group I took an opportunity to step up, as the construction department head was called to a different path. In my role I served on the leadership team in strategic planning and financial accountable as department head of the construction division. I took the helm of a department hemorrhaging from an attempt to grow too quickly. I right sized the construction department and realigned to successfully recover from a $600k loss to profitable year one. In year two successfully lead the department to the highest profit year ever recorded. Maintained key talent through turbulent transition. People are the key to any mountain that needs to be climbed, I am most concerned with the people that report to me, this has driven my success in the construction industry.

I took lead in the Deep Ellum market and developed client base from a $2.5 million contract into over $18 million in work of a 3 year time frame. The city of Dallas heavily invested in the area. My team & I worked with area developers, City of Dallas, subcontractors, and owners to accomplish project timelines to meet public funding deadlines, permit restraints, and client opening requirements. Reputation was our backbone, we executed to meet deadlines others would/could not attempt. Over a 3 year time frame we constructed ReelFX (70k sqft fully occupied renovation), Pecan Lodge BBQ (dislocated by farmers market renovation, built, relocated and back in operation with only 1 week downtime), The Bomb Factory (From concept to completion my team and I worked to meet a committed opening act, we succeeded, to date no other music venue has met original opening date).
