- Developed market penetration and product strategies, successfully introducing TEL’s first furnace tool (A-8SEi) into GaN market and securing Process of Record (POR). Additionally, led the successful penetration of the first trimming tool for SiPh customer. - Recipient of Global DSS GT35 Activity Excellence Award for two consecutive cycles (FY25H2 & FY26H1), recognizing outstanding performance in strategic account engagement and business development. - Act as the primary interface between BU and customers, ensuring alignment between division strategy and key customers, including Micron, UMC and TRA account. - Lead sales efforts for pricing structures, strategies, balancing competitiveness and profitability; achieved gross margin improvement from 27% to 43% repeat orders. - Responsible for book/bill forecasting, contributing to sustained YoY revenue growth of up to 116% across key accounts.
1. Serving TSMC RDPC-ETC team for “OD3A” and “Poly3” process on Frep CC and F1000 tools(tactras) 2. Responsible for TEL F1000 tools all issue, including TSMC BKM adjustment, execution and solving related-problem on Mini line. 3. Main job are start up, recipe adjustment, increase WPH, hardware modification and trouble shooting.
