Mercedes Benz U.S. plant (MBUSI) Body Shop launch of a new electric suv. Focuses on dimensional build quality of in-house processes and purchased supplier parts. Leading/direct contact for the group's dimensional functions of one of the suv variants during the launch. Created and shared timing of the group's dimensional checks of each tooling function during the launch phase. Gave semi-weekly report outs to directors and VP of the group's status of the dimensional checks and hot issues. Identified dimensional issues regarding tooling/supplier parts/in house processes, coordinated solutions with all affected function groups, and tracked the resolution of every issue.
