Dustin Semach is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Sealed Air (NYSE: SEE). Dustin was promoted to Chief Executive Officer after serving as President and CFO since July of 2024. He joined SEE as CFO in early 2023. Prior to joining SEE, Dustin served as CFO at TTEC, a public global customer experience technology and services provider, as well as CFO at Rackspace Technology, a public cloud services provider, where he led the company through its initial public offering (IPO) in 2020. He also held leadership positions at large cap information technology (IT) services businesses including DXC, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and IBM. Dustin has over 20 years of professional experience in strategy, business transformation, at-scale M&A, finance, technology, and operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Clemson University and a master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University.
