I have 31 years of experience working at Caterpillar. I am a graduate of the Caterpillar Machine Repair Apprentice Program and have a bachelors degree in Industrial Technology, from Southern Illinois University. I have held various roles in my career from working in the trades to equipment and part design. I have managed teams and projects of varying size and difficulty for most of my career. I currently work in facilities engineering, where I manage capital and expense budgets of several million dollars, lead numerous construction projects, and direct work for the onsite maintenance team and outside contractors. I coordinate with EH&S, state regulatory agencies, and local/county officials on a regular basis, to accomplish goals. Along with the normal upgrades to the buildings and support systems, I'm working to upgrade our infrastructure to support the corporation's move towards Zero Emissions Products.
