A core part of Talentsoft's vision is to help employers provide their employees with personalized journeys that not only help them improve their productivity, but also find meaning in their work. As the DCM I focused on sharing this vision and helping organizations of all shapes and sizes realize it. Our approach to creating content for customer support, lead generation, and sales was centered primarily on creating content that adds value, educates the reader, and demonstrates the depth of HR knowledge that Talentsoft has in house. The philosophy we used was that we don't just want to get more customers, we want to have customers who are learning how to take their HR processes to the next level and using Talentsoft to make it happen. I've helped manage content for our standalone website - www.wethetalent.co - as well as ebooks, whitepapers, webinars, small educational meetups, major HR events, and more. I've also spent a good deal of my time travelling to various events and presenting the latest trends and best practices.
