forming and pouring concrete pad, trenching for ground-ring and conduits (either using equipment or by hand with a shovel), exothermal welding for ground-ring, laying the conduit, setting the equipment, pulling and landing power wires and alarms, and install ice bridge. As crew lead daily responsibilities include sending in daily reports, taking pictures of daily progression, and filling out jsa’s each morning. Other responsibilities include setting up equipment rentals, calling in for inspections, and reserve lodging.
