• Program manager overseeing four programs and about 4 million in AOP funding. Onboarded 2 product owners and moved 1 product owner from another team. Working closely with allPO's to ensure they have everything they need to be successful. Delivered three major websites in 2022: Main portal page, MSP reporting, and MSP invoicing. MSP was a large effort for 2022. This effort provided a stable platform so that customers could report hours without system outages. This product supports about 7000 contracts and about a billion in yearly revenue 2023, we deployed on demand for MSP and looking to deploy two other products on the same framework. Techpub is our largest effort this year. Three systems have to be updated to ensure the success of this project. Aero is working on all three. Claims is the first global design that Aero is leading and we are working with all SPG to create the first all-inclusive application Reporting on all projects so that leadership is aware of Milestones, risks, and funding
