Responsible for building, managing, and developing the Technical Support team at Jamf. Duties include hiring and training, creating and tracking key metrics, and building efficiencies within the team while ensuring exemplary customer service and technical support.
Along with the duties of a Technical Support Specialist, I conducted interviews and assisted in the hiring process, trained new employees and interns, and was officially identified as a leader and resource for escalated cases and to help colleagues.

- Manage and update the constant changes made to the UWEC Recreation website and sub sites - Managed social media platforms for the UWEC Recreation Department including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others - Worked with a third party company to implement the first UWEC Recreation mobile app - Took on the head role as technical support - Took pictures as lead photographer for Wisconsin Youth Success Program - Created an online registration for a statewide recreational conference (WIRSA)
