Dustin's technical experience has generally focused on water, wastewater and stormwater systems with an emphasis on planning, design and condition assessments. Dustin has had the opportunity to support and solve complex problems ranging from large municipal clients to small rural communities across the nation and brings value to his clients through the understanding of how to effectively identify solutions from past experiences or opportunities for innovation .
