I've always been a people person. One of my favorite things is connecting with talented and motivated individuals who genuinely love WOWing their internal and external customers. For me, it's all about discovering people's passions and putting them in situations to work on projects that allows them to grow and do their very best work. Getting to be yourself both inside and outside of work is where it's at! There’s nothing like the thrill of a candidate’s enthusiastic “Yes!” to an offer, and an equally pleased hiring manager who just landed a top performer. Perhaps even more satisfying is successfully recruiting a superstar and then seeing them develop a billion-dollar product. Knowing my efforts impact the bottom line keeps me going every day. Taylor is our new $17B new Fab facility in Taylor, TX. • Voiceover work for Samsung – Employee Resource Groups (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LK5xcX8RKr4&t=29s) • Successfully led and executed International and Domestic Targeted Industry Hiring Events (20+ Senior Level and above external hires). My XFN collaborations were with Samsung Directors/VPs, and my hires were selected specifically to help work on new technology Samsung was looking to build and scale. • Taiwan Hiring Event (Hsinchu City, Taiwan - 2 year project) – I presented to the President of Samsung Austin and our EVPs once I was tasked to do strategic international hires for Samsung. I traveled with two VP’s of our Fab Engineering Team, along with our Senior Director of HR to interview Senior Level and Leadership candidates. I was responsible for coordinating this entire project from inception to completion. I worked closely with colleagues and managers in Taiwan, Korea and back in Austin. Out of 20 candidates we went to offer with 15 candidates located in both Taiwan and virtually in Singapore. I ended up closing 12 out of the 15 candidates who made offers to. I worked closely with our legal and immigration team, along with our head of compensation to coordinate these offers. This project was over 2 years from inception to completion, and included a meticulous level of touchpoints and XFN communication with leaders both locally and with our HQ in Korea.

For this team I was responsible for the recruiting lifecycle across six different client groups. The specific roles I am responsible for include Mechanical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Optical Metrology Engineers, Opto Mechanical Engineers, Product Design Engineers, Product Managers, System Integration Leads and other specialized positions. I have helped mentor new recruiters and sourcers who joined our Reality Labs Team, and helped ramp them up to where they were consistently meeting all of their expectations. I have led multiple XFN projects and helped streamline pipeline hiring that was rolled out to all of recruiting. I have been the SME for primarily both Firmware and Opto Mechanical Engineering for Reality Labs Recruiting during my time here, and have built a process that has been very successful for all current and future hiring needs. I have also led our Candidate Review sessions for all Hardware final hiring decisions, closely partnered with our compensation team, worked with our immigration team and successfully made sure all hires had a pleasant onboarding experience. Enterprise Engineering/ Dev Infrastructure: Prior to joining FRL I was a Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our Dev Infrastructure and Enterprise Engineering team working specifically on Product Manager roles along with AI & Analytics roles. While here I lead all recruiting efforts across all business units I supported. I also specifically was tasked with building out our Supply Chain team which we had many successful hires.
