Das Gespräch kann schnelle Klärung von Sachverhalten, Ausräumen von Missverständnissen, Lösungsfindung, Beruhigung, Lob, konstruktive Kritik sein - und zwar alles in einem Gespräch. Eine Email schafft das nicht. My experience is that personal contact between customers and suppliers, whether on the phone or directly, is essential in all phases of product development. The conversation can be a quick clarification of facts, clearing up misunderstandings, finding solutions, reassurance, praise, constructive criticism - all in one conversation. An email cannot do this.
